Nexovea provides past questions, mock exams, CBT simulations, and performance analytics to help students and professionals prepare for academic, international, and professional certification exams. The Service is a study aid and does not guarantee any particular exam result or certification outcome.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or school.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

• Some features are available for free; full access to certain exams, mock tests, or premium features requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
